My guiding principle for this campaign is Lincoln’s quote from his legendary Gettysburg address: “government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.” Now is the time for fresh, untainted leadership in Springfield. I seek to be a true public servant – a citizen-legislator who makes principled decisions to restore fairness, common sense and accountability back into our government.
